Cookies & Local Storage
Last updated: October 2026
Domby uses a small amount of browser storage, cookies and local storage, to make the app work, plus Google Analytics to help us understand how the site is used. This page explains exactly what's stored, why, and for how long. We never sell your data, and we don't use advertising or cross site tracking cookies.
What we store
What we don't use
No advertising cookies and no cookies that follow you across other websites. Google Analytics, listed above, is the only non-essential item here. The cookie notice lets you accept or decline it, though right now that choice doesn't change whether Google Analytics loads for you, declining simply records your preference rather than blocking it.
How this is stored
The essential items above live in your browser's local storage rather than a traditional cookie file, though they serve the same purpose and this policy covers them the same way. They stay on your device until you clear your browser data or sign out, and they're never sent to anyone except Domby's own servers. Google Analytics sets its own cookies directly, managed by Google under its own policies, not Domby's.
